Terms of service

1. The service

Productovi Learning offers free online courses with lessons, exercises, AI feedback and certificates. The service is free of charge. We may add, change or remove courses and features at any time.

2. Your account

You need an account to save progress, get AI feedback and earn certificates. You log in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who controls them can log in as you. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Please use your real name if you want it on your certificates. You can delete your account at any time on your account page.

3. Acceptable use

When using the service, do not:

• try to get around rate limits or AI usage limits, or automate requests to the service;
• try to break into the service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
• submit unlawful, abusive or other people's personal or confidential information in your answers;
• use the AI feedback to generate content unrelated to the exercises;
• copy course content at scale or republish it as your own.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Content

Lessons, exercises, datasets and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and share links to them. Please do not republish them without our permission.

Your answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service, including sending them to our AI provider to generate feedback.

5. AI feedback

Feedback on open-ended tasks is generated by an AI model. It can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a study aid, not as professional advice. Daily AI limits apply and may change.

6. Certificates

Certificates confirm that you completed a course on Productovi Learning with a given score. They are not an accredited qualification. We may revoke a certificate obtained by breaking these terms.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, or that the content fits your particular purpose.

8. Liability

The service is free, so to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data resulting from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close the service or an account, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell logged-in users on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving you of protections given by the laws of the country where you live.
