Copying the content of this site is prohibited without our prior written permission.

1. What is protected

Everything published on Productovi Learning belongs to us or our licensors, including:

  • lessons, their text, examples, and the structure of courses and modules;
  • exercises, quizzes, exams, AI grading criteria and answer explanations;
  • datasets, calculators and other tools;
  • the glossary, blog posts and the roadmap;
  • illustrations, diagrams, videos, certificates, the site design, logos and the name Productovi.

2. What is prohibited

Without our written permission you may not:

  • copy, reproduce or republish the content in whole or in part, on other websites, in social networks, messengers, courses or printed materials;
  • translate, adapt or rewrite the content and present it as your own;
  • sell the content or use it in paid products, trainings or consulting;
  • download the content automatically: scraping, crawling beyond ordinary search engine indexing, bulk export;
  • use the content to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or feed it into datasets;
  • remove or hide copyright notices.

3. What is allowed

  • Study the courses yourself, for free, for your personal learning.
  • Share links to any page of the site.
  • Quote a short fragment (up to a few sentences) for review, discussion or teaching, with the source named and an active link to the page it comes from.
  • Share your own certificate and your own exercise answers.

4. Your answers

The answers you write in exercises remain yours. The terms of service describe how we store and process them.

5. Permission to use content

Want to use our materials in a course, at your company or in a publication? Write to sergeybruh@gmail.com: describe what you want to use and where. Permission is valid only in writing.

6. Infringements

We monitor copies of our content. If we find an infringement, we will ask for the content to be removed and may contact the hosting provider or platform, or go to court.
